His loan products were near rock-bottom in rates/pricing and out-of-pocket refi costs, and almost always near-impossible to beat by another competitor. Not only that, David is thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of the mortgage refi business, is a great communicator who is always responsive, and his rate/loan advise and recommendations are almost never wrong. He is a consummate professional, who is straight-forward and trust-worthy.
This was our 3rd refi with David, which says everything you need to know. But I have to add that he is professional, competent, experienced, knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and responds quickly to emails. He is one of the hardest working people I have never met (100% through email and phone, which is great for us). We had a very, very complicated home refinance/cash out. Many properties in different states. David was a PRO the whole way through the refinance. He was VERY responsive to email, phone calls. His instructions were clear and concise. His rate was incredible and there were no surprises or delays. The system to upload the docs to the web was easy to use. Filling out the app was easy - he did all the hard work for us. Very, very impressed and I look forward to working with David in the future.

This is our second time using David. As someone else pointed out, he has a skill in explaining things even when you get riled up about some term. He patiently writes long explanations to put your mind at ease.
